On 8 of May 2026, asociatia SePoate organized a dedicated workshop for its volunteers to introduce the project “INNOVATORSLab: Gen Z’s Game-Based Peace Building” and raise awareness about its educational resources and opportunities.
During the workshop, participants were presented with the project's objectives, methodology, and expected impact on young people. Special emphasis was placed on the use of game-based learning as an innovative approach to promoting peacebuilding, dialogue, cooperation, and conflict resolution among youth.
The volunteers were introduced to the project's educational platform, which provides learning materials, practical tools, and resources for educators and youth workers. SEPO also presented the Empathy Cards, explaining how they can be used to develop empathy, communication skills, active listening, and understanding of different perspectives. In addition, participants explored the Guidebook developed within the project, which contains practical methodologies and activities that can be implemented in youth work and educational settings.
The workshop included interactive discussions and practical demonstrations of the project's tools, allowing volunteers to better understand how they can support the dissemination of project results and apply the resources in their future activities. The event contributed to increasing awareness of peacebuilding approaches and strengthened the volunteers’ capacity to act as multipliers within their local communities.
