InnovatorsLab: Gen Z's Game-Based Peace Building is a transformative initiative empowering Generation Z to lead peacebuilding efforts through creativity, technology, and play. Backed by the Erasmus+ Programme, our cross-border project unites organizations from Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Georgia, and Armenia to co-develop groundbreaking methods in conflict transformation.
We believe that Gen Z learns differently—they are digital natives, collaborative thinkers, and value-driven. Our mission is to create interactive, gamified, and impactful educational tools that resonate with their needs while building a culture of peace.

🇧🇬 Alternativi International (Bulgaria) Lead coordinator with extensive experience in youth engagement, educational innovation, and global dissemination of peacebuilding tools.

🇦🇲 Armenian Progressive Youth (Armenia) A youth-led NGO with a strong focus on civic activism, intercultural dialogue, and empowering young people in conflict-affected areas.

🇬🇪 Youth for Peace and Equality (Georgia) Specialists in game-based learning and youth empowerment, with hands-on experience working with internally displaced communities from conflict regions like Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

🇹🇷 Nicea Culture and Education Association (Turkey) Experts in educational program development and ethnic reconciliation, focusing on Kurdish-Turkish youth engagement.

🇷🇴 Se Poate (Romania) Champions of minority and refugee inclusion, with strong ties to youth-led education, sustainability, and cross-cultural dialogue.
