In April 2026, YPE organized an information and dissemination event at Tbilisi State University, bringing together young people interested in education, youth participation, and peacebuilding. The purpose of the event was to introduce the project “INNOVATORSLab: Gen Z’s Game-Based Peace Building” and present the educational resources developed within the project.
During the session, participants learned about the project's objectives and its innovative approach to promoting peacebuilding through game-based learning. Special attention was given to the educational platform developed within the project, which offers a variety of learning materials, practical tools, and resources designed for youth workers, educators, and young people.
YPE also presented the Empathy Cards, one of the project's key educational tools. Participants explored how the cards can be used to encourage empathy, active listening, perspective-taking, and constructive dialogue among young people. In addition, the Guidebook developed under the project was introduced as a practical resource containing methodologies, activities, and recommendations for implementing game-based peacebuilding initiatives.
The event provided an opportunity for students to engage in discussions about peace, inclusion, and conflict resolution while discovering innovative educational approaches that can be applied in both formal and non-formal learning environments. Participants showed strong interest in the presented resources and discussed ways they could use them in their own academic, community, and youth work activities.
